Hindi Version Available.</h1> Circular 54/2018, issued by the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, addresses the deferral of the implementation of Circular 19/2018, which mandated RFID-sealing for goods deposited in and removed from Customs Bonded Warehouses. Originally set to be implemented on January 1, 2019, the implementation has been postponed. Stakeholders are encouraged to report any difficulties to the Board. A Hindi version of the circular is available.
