of <h1>Mumbai Customs Zone-I Restructures: New Audit Commissionerate, Import/Export SIIB Realigned, Immediate Effect.</h1> The Mumbai Customs Zone-I has reorganized its Export Commissionerates and established a new Audit Commissionerate. Group VII appraising work is transferred to Import Commissionerates I & II. The Special Investigation and Intelligence Branch (SIIB) for imports remains under Commissioner (Import I), while SIIB for exports is now under Commissioner (Export). The CIU and SIIB (G) are merged under the Principal Commissioner of Customs (General). The reorganization includes specific charges for General, Import-I, Import-II, Export, Customs Audit, and Appeals Commissionerates. These changes are effective immediately, and stakeholders are advised to circulate this information.
