of <h1>E-SANCHIT System Implementation Postponed to April 1, 2018; IRN Numbers Mandatory for Bills of Entry Filing.</h1> The mandatory implementation of the e-SANCHIT system has been postponed to April 1, 2018. From this date, stakeholders must ensure that bills of entry are filed with IRN numbers, confirming that supporting documents have been uploaded via e-SANCHIT. Failure to comply will result in the system disallowing the filing of the bill of entry. This notice is issued by the Commissioner of Customs (Export-II) at the New Custom House in Mumbai.
