of <h1>SEBI Requires AMCs to Submit SAI and SID in PDF, Upload SID Online Before Scheme Launch.</h1> The circular mandates that Asset Management Companies (AMCs) submit a soft copy of the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) within seven days of the circular's issuance and a soft copy of the Scheme Information Document (SID) along with a printed copy two days before a scheme's launch to SEBI in PDF format. Mutual Funds must update SAI and SID as per previous guidelines and file them with SEBI. Additionally, AMCs must upload the SID on the AMFI website before the scheme launch and provide an undertaking to SEBI ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the information in both soft and hard copies.
