Exporters with pending IGST refunds are encouraged to check their status on the ICEGATE website and contact the refund cell for resolution. The initiative aims to address refund issues, especially those with error code SB-005, by following procedures outlined in previous circulars and notices. Any implementation difficulties should be reported to the office.
