of <h1>SEBI mandates stock exchanges to host annual reports from FY 2009-10 onwards on their websites per Clause 31.</h1> SEBI has issued a circular to all stock exchanges regarding the accessibility of annual reports of listed companies. Following the discontinuation of the EDIFAR site, Clause 51 of the Equity Listing Agreement, which mandated companies to upload their annual reports on EDIFAR, has been omitted. Stock exchanges are now instructed to ensure that annual reports from the financial year 2009-10 onwards are available on their websites as per Clause 31 of the Equity Listing Agreement. Stock exchanges must implement these changes promptly and report the status of implementation to SEBI.
