<h1>SEBI Mandates Listed Companies to Authenticate on SCORES by Sept 14, 2012, and Resolve Complaints Within 30 Days.</h1> All companies with securities listed on stock exchanges must obtain authentication for the SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES) by September 14, 2012. Companies with pending complaints on SCORES must address these within seven days of receipt and resolve them within 30 days, keeping the complainant informed. Non-compliance may result in enforcement actions by SEBI. Stock exchanges are instructed to inform listed companies of these requirements and publish the circular on their websites. This directive is issued under the authority of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, to protect investor interests and regulate the securities market.
