of <h1>New Guidelines for Issuing Supplementary Duty Credit Scrips Under Chapter 3 of Foreign Trade Policy Announced.</h1> The circular outlines guidelines for issuing Freely Transferable 'Supplementary' Duty Credit Scrips under Chapter 3 Schemes of the Foreign Trade Policy. Exporters who have claimed benefits under one scheme cannot use the same shipping bill for another scheme. Additional benefits under the VKGUY Scheme are available for exports from April 1, 2008, with supplementary claims allowed for entitlement differences. Requests must include related file numbers and a due-drawn differential statement. Claims for exports between April 1, 2008, and March 31, 2009, are eligible. The Regional Authority will manually issue supplementary scrips for restored or enhanced claims.
