of <h1>Puducherry extends FORM GST TRAN-2 submission deadline to June 30, 2018, u/r 117(4)(b)(iii) and section 168.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Department has issued an order extending the deadline for submitting the statement in FORM GST TRAN-2 under rule 117(4)(b)(iii) of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The extension is granted by the Commissioner of State Tax, based on the Council's recommendations, and allows taxpayers to submit the required statement until June 30, 2018. This extension is made under the authority provided by section 168 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
