Taxpayers can apply through nodal officers, providing evidence of their compliance attempts. The committee can recommend waiving fines or penalties due to technical failures. Specific measures include facilitating the completion of TRAN-1 filings affected by glitches, with deadlines set for April and May 2018. Nodal officers are designated for assistance.
