of <h1>Deadline Extended for Filing e-Form BEN-2 Under Companies Act, 2013; No Extra Fees for Timely Submission.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing e-Form BEN-2 under the Companies Act, 2013, without incurring additional fees. This decision follows numerous requests from stakeholders regarding the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018. The new deadline is set for 30 days from the deployment date of the BEN-2 e-form on the MCA-21 portal. No additional fees will be charged if the form is submitted within this period. This directive has been issued with the approval of the competent authority.
