of <h1>Andhra Pradesh extends deadline to submit stock details in FORM GST CMP-03 to January 31, 2018, u/r 3(4).</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh's Commercial Taxes Department issued an order extending the deadline for submitting stock details in FORM GST CMP-03. This extension applies to businesses opting for the composition levy under section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Initially set by a previous order dated 28th October 2017, the new deadline for intimation is now 31st January 2018. This decision was made under the authority of sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh GST Rules, 2017, following recommendations from the GST Council.
