of <h1>Madhya Pradesh Tax Order Amends Refund Provisions; Designates Officers by Refund Amount, Omits Several Entries Effective May 2018.</h1> Order No. 04/2018 from the Office of the Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh, amends a previous order dated 12.10.2017 under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments include replacing entry S. No. 9 in the schedule with new provisions for sanctioning refunds based on the refund amount, designating different tax officers for varying refund amounts. Entries S. No. 10, 11, 12, 13, and 46 are omitted. These changes are effective from 21st May 2018.
