of <h1>Gujarat GST Amendment: Deletion of Entry No. 85 in Schedule-A Effective February 14, 2018, per Sections 5(1) & 2(8).</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat, has issued an amendment to the previous order dated June 23, 2017, under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment involves the deletion of entry at serial No. 85 in Schedule-A of the original order. The amendment is executed under the authority granted by section 5(1) and clause (8) of section 2 of the Act. The change is effective as of February 14, 2018.
