of <h1>Puducherry Extends Deadline for FORM GST TRAN-1 Submission to December 27, 2017, u/r 117 of GST Rules.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Department issued an order extending the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension, recommended by the Council, supersedes Order No. 07/2017-GST dated 2nd November 2017, without affecting actions taken before this supersession. The new deadline for submission is set for 27th December 2017.
