of <h1>Gujarat extends FORM GST TRAN-1 submission deadline to November 30, 2017, u/r 120A of GST Rules 2017.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax in Gujarat has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 120A of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension moves the submission deadline to 30th November 2017, superseding the previous order dated 18th September 2017. The order is based on the recommendations of the Council and is effective from 28th October 2017.
