of <h1>Goa extends deadline for GST TRAN-1 declaration to December 27, 2017, u/r 117. Previous orders superseded.</h1> The Government of Goa, through the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under Rule 117 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension, based on the recommendations of the Council and in accordance with Section 168 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, moves the deadline to 27th December 2017. This order supersedes the previous order dated 30th October 2017, except for actions already taken under it.
