of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy: One-time extension for Advance Authorisations clubbing and Export Obligation periods until March 31, 2018.</h1> The office of the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade has issued a one-time relaxation for the extension and clubbing of Advance Authorisations under the Foreign Trade Policy. The clubbing of Advance Licences/Authorisations from policies 2002-2007 and 2004-2009 is allowed until March 31, 2018, provided there is no misrepresentation or fraud. Export Obligation (EO) periods can be extended for exports made under specific policies, with varying composition fees based on the timing of exports. Applications for both clubbing and EO extension must be submitted by March 31, 2018, and are subject to conditions outlined in the notice.
