of <h1>Delhi Government Extends Deadline for FORM GST TRAN-1 Submission to December 27, 2017, u/r 120A.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through its Department of Trade and Taxes, has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 120A of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension, authorized by rule 120A and section 168 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, is in line with the recommendations of the Council and the central government's decision. The new deadline for submission is set for 27th December 2017.
