of <h1>India Allocates 2500 Metric Tonnes of White Sugar for EU Export Under ACP Quota, July-September 2009.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Schedule-2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items for 2004-09, allocating 2500 metric tonnes of white sugar for export to the European Union under the ACP India Sugar quota. This export is to occur between July and September 2009, with delivery by September 30, 2009. The designated agency for this export is Indian Sugar Exim Corporation Limited, New Delhi. Special certification requirements include entries in EUR and GSP documents, with endorsements by Customs and the Export Inspection Agency. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
