of <h1>ITC (HS) Codes Aligned with Customs in Schedule I Amendment; No Policy Changes Announced by DGFT Notification No 94.</h1> Notification No 94 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 amends Schedule I (Imports) of the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items for 2004-09, aligning ITC HS Codes with those of Customs. The circular, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, clarifies that there are no policy amendments for any items under this notification. The directive is addressed to all licensing authorities and customs commissioners and has been approved by the competent authority.
