of <h1>Maharashtra extends deadline for FORM GST CMP-03 submission to November 30 for composition levy u/s 10.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra, issued an order extending the deadline for submitting stock details in FORM GST CMP-03. This extension applies to businesses opting for the composition levy under section 10 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Initially set by Order No. 4/2017-MGST, the deadline is now extended to November 30, 2017. This decision follows recommendations from the GST Council and is authorized by sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the Maharashtra GST Rules, 2017, alongside section 168 of the Act.
