of <h1>New VKGUY Products Added to Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09 for Duty Credit Scrips from April 1, 2008.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued amendments to the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) for the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. Effective from April 1, 2008, Table 14 of Appendix 37A now includes new VKGUY products eligible for duty credit scrips upon export. The added products are specific types of castor oil and its derivatives, including non-edible grade castor oil, hydrogenated castor oil, and dehydrated castor oil. These changes are made in the public interest and are documented under Public Notice No. 153 (RE-2008)/2004-2009.
