of <h1>Gujarat extends deadline to October 31, 2017, for FORM GST ITC-01 submissions u/s 18(1) for July-September 2017 eligibility.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat, has extended the deadline for registered persons to submit FORM GST ITC-01, declaring eligibility for input tax credit under section 18(1) of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension applies to those who became eligible in July, August, and September 2017. The new deadline for submission is October 31, 2017.
