of <h1>New Facility for Star Exporters to Obtain Let Export Order at Nhava Sheva Eases Road Congestion.</h1> The circular from the Commissioner of Customs at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, announces a new facility for registering documents to obtain a Let Export Order (LEO) for factory-stuffed export containers. This initiative, effective from March 11, 2015, aims to ease road congestion by allowing Star Exporters to send containers directly to the port based on certified invoices and examination reports. The registration and LEO issuance will occur during working hours from Monday to Saturday at the CMC Centre, in addition to designated Container Freight Stations (CFSs). Existing conditions from Public Notice No. 52/2009 remain unchanged.
