of <h1>Manual Filing of Bills of Entry Allowed for Certain Export Schemes Until ICES 1.5 Update.</h1> Importers and customs house agents are informed that due to certain export incentive schemes and licenses not being available in the ICES 1.5 system, manual filing of Bills of Entry is permitted. This applies to schemes such as the Annual EPCG Licence (Zero Duty and 3% Duty), Annual DEEC Licence, and specific notifications regarding re-imports. Manual filing requires approval from the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of the Assessing Groups. This measure supersedes previous notices and will remain in effect until these schemes are integrated into the ICES 1.5 system. Approval has been granted by the Commissioners of Customs (Export and Import).
