This module aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and reduce compliance costs. Customs officers can generate test memos, draw samples, and forward them to the designated laboratory. The DYCC officers will receive the samples, assign tests, and enter test reports into the system. This process applies only to tests at the DYCC, JNCH, with existing practices for other labs remaining unchanged. Any issues should be reported to the Commissioner of Customs.
