of <h1>Rajasthan extends FORM GST CMP-01 filing deadline to August 16, 2017, u/s 168 of GST Act.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, has extended the deadline for filing an intimation in FORM GST CMP-01 under sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Originally set by the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the new deadline is now extended to August 16, 2017. This extension is issued under the authority granted by section 168 of the Act.
