of <h1>Deadline Extended for Composition Levy Intimation u/r 3(1) CGST Rules, 2017: New Date is August 16, 2017.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has extended the deadline for filing intimation for the composition levy under Rule 3(1) of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Rules, 2017. The new deadline is set for August 16, 2017. This extension is issued under the authority of Section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The intimation must be filed in FORM GST CMP-01.
