of <h1>Delhi Trade Department Mandates Reconciliation of DVAT-51 Forms Across Wards by March 3, 2009.</h1> The circular from the Department of Trade and Taxes, Government of Delhi, mandates the reconciliation of DVAT-51 forms in all wards. It instructs that inter-ward file transfers must include complete returns and DVAT-51 forms, along with statutory forms from previous wards. A dealer-wise exercise is required to be conducted by VAT officers under the supervision of ward in-charges, with a completion deadline and report submission by March 3, 2009. Compliance is to be overseen by respective Deputy and Joint Commissioners. The circular is issued with the approval of the Commissioner (VAT).
