The agreement, effective from April 3, 2017, mandates that at least 75% of goods and services under the contract must be sourced from India, with the remaining 25% potentially sourced internationally. Shipments must comply with Reserve Bank guidelines, and no agency commission is payable under this LoC. Authorized banks are instructed to inform exporters and facilitate compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
