of <h1>Deadline for Form ST-3 Submission Extended to April 30 Due to ACES Website Issues, Rule 7(4) Applies.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs has extended the deadline for submitting Form ST-3 for the period from 1st October 2016 to 31st March 2017. The original deadline of 25th April 2017 has been extended to 30th April 2017 due to intermittent access difficulties faced by assessees on the ACES website on 25th April 2017. This extension is issued under the authority of sub-rule (4) of rule 7 of the Service Tax Rules, 1994.
