of <h1>RBI Directs Agency Banks to Extend Hours for Government Business on March 30-31; E-Payments Until Midnight March 31.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India has instructed that all agency banks extend their operating hours for government business, remaining open until 8:00 p.m. on March 30, 2017, and until 6:00 p.m. on March 31, 2017. Electronic transactions can be conducted until midnight on March 31, 2017. Authorities are requested to issue Trade Notices to inform the public about the extended e-payment and banking hours.
