of <h1>Delhi Updates DVAT/CST Registration: One-Day Approval via DVAT M Sewa, Bank Details Optional Initially.</h1> The Department of Trade and Taxes, Government of NCT of Delhi, has revised the registration process for the Delhi Value Added Tax (DVAT) and Central Sales Tax (CST) to enhance ease of doing business. Applicants using the DVAT M Sewa platform can now receive registration within one day without VATI verification. Providing bank account details during registration is optional, but must be submitted before filing the first return. A digitally signed registration certificate will be issued within a day, replacing the previous provisional certificate system. Other provisions from Circular 6/2016 remain unchanged.
