The facility is available for Full Cargo Load containers with specific conditions, including advance filing of Bills of Entry and payment of duties. Importers must clear containers within 48 hours, or they will be moved to a designated Container Freight Station (CFS). The RMS Facilitation Centre will oversee the process, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues. The facility is effective from December 1, 2016, with 24/7 operation.
