of <h1>MCA Enforces Companies Act Sections 248-252 for Name Removal; e-Form STK-2 to Be Released Soon on MCA-21 Portal.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has initiated the implementation of sections 248 to 252 of the Companies Act, 2013, concerning the removal of company names from the Register of Companies. Relevant rules have been notified, but the e-Form STK-2, required for applying to the Registrar for name removal, is still under development and will be available on the MCA-21 portal shortly. Stakeholders are asked to be patient regarding this delay.
