Importers, exporters, and customs agents can continue manual submissions while transitioning to electronic filing. The procedures for creating and submitting electronic Shipping Bills, including the use of the RES package or third-party software. Registration on ICEGATE is required, involving member and trading partnership registration. Digital Signature Certificates are not needed initially. Transactions will be free during the trial period, with fees applicable later. Assistance is available through the Directorate of Systems.
