of <h1>Customs Public Notice: ICD Valvada Approved for DFIA, Advance Licence, DEPB Schemes; Polyester & Nylon Excluded.</h1> The Commissioner of Customs has issued Public Notice No. 41/2007, specifying the Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Valvada, Umbergaon, for the clearance of imported and exported goods under DFIA, Advance Licence, and DEPB schemes. This decision allows imports and exports from ICD Valvada, subject to conditions such as assessments by designated officers, sample testing for synthetic textiles, and advance submission of shipping documents. Certain items like polyester and nylon yarns, related fabrics, and synthetic waste are excluded from import/export under these schemes. This notice supersedes previous notices and is effective immediately.
