of <h1>New Guidelines for Reconstructing Lost Export Promotion Shipping Bills: Immediate Implementation per Standing Order No.3/2009.</h1> The procedures for reconstructing Export Promotion (EP) copy shipping bills have been revised following trade representations. The updated guidelines clarify that the reconstruction process applies only to lost or misplaced documents, not to cases where EP copies are not printed due to power failures or absence of representatives. The concerned officer at the Container Freight Station (CFS) will handle the reconstruction, with verification possible via online transmission to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). The procedures outlined in Standing Order No.3/2009 will be followed, and the new guidelines are effective immediately. Any issues should be reported to the Commissioner of Customs (Export).
