of <h1>New Export Container Procedures: CFS Punjab Conware Buffer Yard Zone No Longer Handles Factory Stuffed Containers as of Oct 1, 2009.</h1> A Buffer Yard Zone under the control of CFS Punjab Conware was initially established for handling factory stuffed containers as per Public Notice No. 52/2001. However, a new procedure outlined in Public Notice No. 52/2009 mandates that all factory stuffed export containers, except those exempted, must be processed through designated CFSs, effective from October 1, 2009. Consequently, Public Notice No. 52/2001 is rescinded, and no import/export operations will occur in the Buffer Yard Zone. All relevant parties are urged to inform their members of these changes.
