of <h1>Coconut Exporters Must Register with Coconut Development Board for RCMC; Excludes Husk and Fiber Products.</h1> Exporters of coconut and coconut-based products must register with the Coconut Development Board to obtain a Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) before exporting. This requirement excludes products made from coconut husk and fiber. The Ministry of Commerce & Industry has designated the Coconut Development Board as the Export Promotion Council for these products. The notice serves as a reminder to exporters, Custom House Agents, and trade members to comply with this mandatory registration to avoid unauthorized exports.
