of <h1>Certified Tracking Reports Now Valid for Export Documentation Under Para 3.20.3(iv); Effective from April 1, 2006.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade clarifies that a Tracking Report, downloaded from a goods carrier's website and certified by its accredited agent in India, is an acceptable document under para 3.20.3(iv) of the Hand Book of Procedures Vol. I (RE 2008). This applies to exports from April 1, 2006, onwards and is relevant for both the Focus Market Scheme and the Market Linked Focus Product Scheme. This decision, approved by the DGFT, ensures that certified tracking reports can evidence the arrival of export cargo to the destination Focus Market.
