of <h1>Risk Management System Expands to Export Promotion Schemes from March 4, 2009; Includes Advance License and EPCG Schemes.</h1> The circular announces the implementation of a Risk Management System (RMS) for various export promotion schemes starting March 4, 2009. Previously applied to import declarations, RMS will now cover schemes like the Advance License Scheme, EPCG Scheme, and others. Accredited Clients will have their bills of entry facilitated, while others will undergo assessment and examination. The concurrent audit will be replaced with a post-clearance audit for selected entries. Importers must continue registering their licenses and follow existing procedures for bond and bank guarantee registration. Electronic filing of bills of entry will persist, and specific officers are designated for addressing clearance issues.
