of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Amendments in Handbook for Focus Product Scheme Applications in ANF 3E, Including New Market Linkage Requirements.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE 2008) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. For Focus Product Scheme applications, amendments include updating Sl. No. 4.A in ANF 3E to require specifying the linked market for each shipping bill when claiming under the Market Linked Focus Product. Additionally, the heading of Column No. 12 in the table under Para 4 in ANF 3E has been revised to specify different percentage rates for various categories of goods, including high-value added manufactured goods and toys. These amendments are issued in the public interest.
