The amendment involves the removal of the agency listed at Sl. No. 55, M/s. Intertek Deutschland GmbH, Germany, from the list of Inspection and Certification Agencies. This decision is made in the public interest and is effective as of February 4, 2009, as per the public notice issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce.
