of <h1>Export Package Marking Rules Updated: Stencil Marking Replaced with Indelible, Permanent Marks per Public Notice No. 93/2010.</h1> Public Notice No. 93/2010 amends the procedure for marking export packages as outlined in Public Notice No. 75/2010. Initially, packages required stencil marking, but due to challenges faced by exporters, the requirement has been revised. Packages must now have indelible and permanent markings, with no overwriting allowed. The amendment modifies only the marking procedure, leaving other conditions unchanged. Any issues with the new procedure should be reported to the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Customs for resolution on a case-by-case basis.
