of <h1>Handbook of Procedures Amended: New Entries for Frozen Fish in Table 13, Appendix 37A Effective April 2008.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I RE2008, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. The title of Table 13 has been changed to 'Flower, Fruit, Vegetables & Other Products.' Additionally, new entries have been added to Table 13 in Appendix 37A, specifically for frozen fish products under various ITC HS codes. These changes are effective for exports from April 1, 2008. The amendments aim to update the classification and benefits related to these products, and the notice is issued in the public interest.
