The changes involve the insertion of new sections to track indigenous procurement and the duty forgone on such procurement. Specifically, new entries have been added to monitor cumulative domestic procurement of raw materials and capital goods, and the corresponding duty forgone. These updates aim to enhance the monitoring of domestic procurement activities in the quarterly and annual reports for working units.
