of <h1>Indian Customs EDI System (ICES 1.5) Launch at ICD Valvada on January 8, 2010; Support Available via Helpdesk.</h1> The Indian Customs EDI System (ICES 1.5) for exports will be implemented at the Inland Container Depot (ICD) Valvada (Vapi) starting January 8, 2010. This follows the procedures and guidelines outlined in a previous notice dated December 23, 2009. Exporters, importers, and other stakeholders are informed of the helpdesk facilities available for support. ICEGATE users can contact the helpdesk managed by Wipro, while additional queries regarding the new application can be directed to a toll-free number or email managed by TCS. The System Manager for ICD-Valvada is also available for assistance.
