This allows importers, exporters, and Custom House Agents to file customs documents such as bills of entry and shipping bills at any time. Additionally, export-related activities, including vessel boarding, clearance, and loading of goods, will also be conducted continuously. Any difficulties encountered by trade members should be reported to the Commissioner.
